WARRANTY
Products purchased from us and on our website, in the event of a breakdown or malfunction, are serviced under warranty in accordance with Consumer Rights. Please note that the warranty period for the products is set by the manufacturers, it is marked in the warranty card. Be sure to check the availability of the warranty card when accepting the product!
EXCHANGE
You can exchange a quality product within 7 days of receiving it, but only once.
Terms of exchange of goods:
the product was not connected to the communications;
the packaging and presentation of the product are preserved;
the seals and factory labels of the product are preserved;
the product and cash receipts are saved;
the components and documents installed by the manufacturer (operating instructions, warranty cards, etc.) are preserved.
When exchanging a serviceable product, you take on the transport costs-delivery to your address and back to the warehouse of the online store.
To agree on the terms of the exchange, you need to call the hotline at 8-000-000-00-00. After that, fill out an application that will be provided to you by the staff when returning the goods independently or by the driver when delivering the goods for exchange.
REFUND
The buyer of the online store can return the purchased product within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order, not counting the day of its purchase.
Return of goods of improper quality
You can refuse the order at the time of acceptance of the product if its integrity, appearance or dimensions are violated, and the complete set does not correspond to the characteristics described on the site. We recommend that you carefully read the product during acceptance.
The return of a quality product is possible under the following conditions:
the product was not connected to the communications;
the packaging and presentation of the product are preserved;
the consumer properties of the product are preserved;
the seals and factory labels of the product are preserved;
the product and cash receipts are saved;
the components and documents installed by the manufacturer (operating instructions, warranty cards, etc.) are preserved.
To agree on the terms of the refund, please call the hotline at 8-000-000-00-00. Please note that when returning a serviceable product, you will bear the transport costs-delivery to your address and back to the company's store. In the store, you must fill out an application, which will be provided by the employees.
To get a refund, you need to write another application, after which we will return the money to you within 10 days in cash or by bank transfer, depending on the form in which the payment was made.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF QUALITY GOODS
The product did not fit the dimensions or the interior, or simply was not needed, or there were other problems with the product, do not worry, no matter what happens, our team of specialists will come to your aid and try to solve your problem as quickly as possible.
We offer you to exchange or return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To exchange or return the purchased product, you will need:
The product is in its original packaging and complete set
Product and cash receipt
Personal identification document
When paying for the goods by bank card, the refund of the transferred funds is made to your bank account within 5-30 business days (the period depends on the bank that issued your bank card).
EXCEPTIONS
In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 19.01.1998 N 55 " On approval of the Rules for the sale of certain types of goods, the list of durable goods that are not subject to the buyer's demand for free provision of similar goods for the period of repair or replacement, and the list of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange for similar goods of other size, shape, size, style, color or configuration»
Exchange and return of goods of improper quality
RETURN OF GOODS OF IMPROPER QUALITY
If it is impossible to exchange goods of improper quality, we will refund the money paid for the goods in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation of 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 "On Consumer Rights Protection".
EXCHANGE OF GOODS OF IMPROPER QUALITY
If you find a defect in the goods, we will replace such goods within 7 days from the date of submission of the specified request, and if additional quality control of such goods is necessary - within 20 days from the date of submission of the specified request.
To exchange or return an item of poor quality, you will need:
